Attendance & Illness
Regular attendance helps students make steady progress and feel confident in their playing. If your child has a cough, fever, or other illness but still feels well enough, we can switch to an online lesson during the regular lesson time. Elementary and Middle School:
Tuition includes built‑in flex weeks to accommodate occasional absences; for this reason, tuition credits are not given for missed lessons. These flex weeks allow the schedule to absorb occasional student or teacher absences without needing to reschedule lessons.
High School & Adults:
Students may cancel lessons for cause (work, appointments, travel) by text: 503 • 515 • 2670 or email: fastkeys88 [at] susantoddmusicstudio [dot] com- Cancellations under 24 hours: billed at half the lesson fee
- Cancellations under 12 hours: billed at the full fee
- Lack of practice is not an acceptable reason to cancel
