Practice Expectations

Consistency matters more than perfection. Expectations are individualized and communicated during lessons.
General guidelines:

• Beginners: short, focused daily practice

• Intermediate: increasing time with clear goals

• Advanced: structured practice with self‑reflection

Parental Involvement

Parents of younger students are encouraged to attend lessons and assist at home. Independence grows as students mature.

Communication

Questions about practice, progress, or goals are always welcome.

Your Piano at Home

Please provide a well‑tuned, well‑maintained acoustic piano in a space where your child can focus. Pianos stay in tune best when serviced twice a year.
